Duties
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate painting projects and understand their needs.
- Perform thorough on-site inspections of areas to be painted.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, answer questions, and guide clients through decisions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients using our sales system.
- Hand off clear details to the production team and answer questions as needed.
- Identify opportunities where our additional services may benefit the client.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and target profit margins.
- Generate new opportunities through referrals and relationship building.
- Participate in all company and departmental meetings and events.
Skills
- You Close Deals. You have the drive to sell $1.5+ M per year

- ou are comfortable working independently being out of the office 90% of the day while performing 3-5 bids daily.

Requirements
- 2+ years In Home Sales Experience (Required)
- Painting or construction industry experience (Preferred)
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Proficiency and comfort with cloud based technology, apps, and programs. We are a tech heavy company.
- Ability to pass a Background Check
- Valid drivers license
- Typical hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 with occasional weekend and evening appointments
