PMV Painting is looking for a hands-on Superintendent who knows how to take control of the field, keep jobs moving, and hold a high standard of production.
This is a role for someone who has real experience managing work in a construction
trade, someone who can walk onto a jobsite, assess what needs to happen, and make it happen.
If you take pride in running organized, efficient jobs and leading crews to perform at a high level, you’ll fit well here.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee job execution from initial site visit and walk-throughs to final completion and punch list management.
- Directly manage job sequencing, coordinate resources, and provide on-site leadership for Crew Leaders.
- Ensure quality standards by working directly with subcontractors and developing crew performance through training.
- Manage all logistics, including ordering paint and materials for delivery, and organizing equipment (lifts, rentals, tools).
- Collaborate with the production team to support accurate job scheduling.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience managing or supervising within a construction trade.
- Exceptional jobsite awareness and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead crews and hold them accountable to high standards.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and an ownership mentality.
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with both crews and customers.
