PMV Painting is looking for a high-performing construction estimator who takes pride in building accurate project scopes and pricing profitable work.

Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Bid Preparation (75%)
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform site visits to verify field conditions and measurements
- Complete quantity takeoffs using digital takeoff software
- Calculate labor hours, material quantities, and production requirements
- Develop detailed scopes of work for each project
- Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals
- Follow up with clients and contractors regarding submitted proposals
Pre-Production Planning (25%)
- Prepare project documentation for handoff to production
- Assist with pre-construction planning
- Prepare change orders when needed securing client approvals
- Develop schedule of values when required
Qualifications
- 2+ years estimating in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications
- Experience with digital takeoff software
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfortable using cloud-based software tools
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Pay
$65k-$85k Per Year
